Dear Big Ticket is an innovative programme that started in 2018, and grants wishes such as funding medical operations, paying for education, and facilitating amazing family reunions!
It is free to submit your wish to Dear Big Ticket.
Go to www.bigticket.ae and click on the Dear Big Ticket banner. Then either select create a Big Ticket account, or if you have an account enter your valid username and password.
Make sure your wish fits into one of the five categories listed below:
You can now submit a wish of up to 1,000 characters or a MP4 video of up to 1 minute (10mb).
The programme is open to anyone over 18 years old and living in the UAE. To submit a wish, you must have a Big Ticket registered account.
Once you submit your wish, you’ll receive a confirmation email thanking you and letting you know we’ve received it. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find it? Feel free to contact our helpdesk on 02 2019 244 for assistance.
All wishes are scored by AI and reviewed anonymously by three independent committees. Each week, the top five shortlisted wishes will be turned into videos and shared for public voting.
Each week, we’ll spotlight 5 shortlisted videos. Then it’s over to the public – you’ll vote for your favourites!
The 2 videos with the most votes each week will have their wishes granted. It’s all about what resonates most with the community. Winners will be officially revealed in September, so stay tuned and keep voting.
You will receive an email after the shortlisted videos are revealed, informing you that your wish was not selected for Dear Big Ticket Series 3.
During Season 3 there will be 6 winners as voted by you – the 2 wishes with the highest public votes each week, over the 3 weeks wish voting period will win Dear Big Ticket.
But that’s not all, the 3 remaining shortlisted videos each week will be given a AED10,000 consolation prize.
Yes, the 2 winners from each week will receive AED100,000 to fulfill their wish.
You will receive a notification email informing you that your wish has not been shortlisted, but you can still vote for your favourite wishes and by doing so you could win 1 of 5 Big Tickets.
No, unfortunately you can only submit 1 wish during Dear Big Ticket Series 3.
Yes, you can submit your wish in any language. Our team will ensure it is evaluated fairly.
No, but they can submit the wish themselves.
Yes, but be aware they may be required to appear in a video if the wish is shortlisted.
Yes, if your wish is shortlisted, you will need to participate in the creation of a video to share your story with the public for voting. This helps ensure transparency and engagement with the audience.
