Dear Big Ticket Terms and Conditions

 1. About us and Dear Big Ticket

1.1. The Dear Big Ticket competition (“Dear Big Ticket” or the “Competition”) is organized and managed solely by The Big Ticket LLC (the “Operator”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our”), a company registered in the Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone with commercial licence number ADAFZ00444 and its registered office at Warehouse No. A12 – 1,2,5,6 – Zayed International Airport, Logistics Park, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

1.2. We use the terms “you” and “your” to mean any person accessing or using the Site (as defined below) or interacting with Us in connection with the Competition. We will also refer to you as an “Entrant” or a “Voter” depending on how you use the Site and your involvement in the Competition, as further explained and defined in section 4 below.

2. About these Terms

2.1 The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) is to define the terms and conditions on which We shall provide access to the Site and operate the Competition.

2.2. By participating in the Competition or visiting www.dearbigticket.ae (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please ensure you read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not continue to use the Site or participate in the Competition in any way.

2.3. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact Us using the contact details provided in section 28 below.

3. Changes to these Terms

3.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Should We do so, the new terms will become effective from the moment they are uploaded onto the Site. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to these Terms. However, you should check the Terms when you visit the Site to confirm the most recent Terms that apply.

4. Your use of the Site and participation in the Competition

4.1. Dear Big Ticket aims to give entrants the opportunity to submit a Wish to Us, as described in further detail on the Site and in the FAQs dearbigticket.ae/faq/. During the submission period, entrants may create a wish and submit it to Us via the Site (a “Wish”). During the voting period, members of the public can help make a Wish come true by viewing and voting for their favourite Wishes on the Site.

4.2. How you use the Site will, to some extent, be determined by whether you are:

(a) an individual submitting a Wish (an “Entrant”); or

(b) an individual voting for your favourite Wishes (a “Voter”).

4.3. In any event, you must not use the Site except as authorized by these Terms or as otherwise authorized in writing by Us.

TERMS APPLICABLE TO ENTRANTS

5. Registration and eligibility requirements to submit a Wish

5.1. You may be able to access some areas of the Site without registering your details with Us. However, in order to enter the Competition and submit a Wish as an Entrant, you must:

(a) have a registered Big Ticket user account (see section 5.3 below);
(b) be aged 18 or over;
(c) be a legal resident of the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) with a valid Emirates ID;
(d) not be a director, agent, officer or employee of the Operator or any of Our affiliates; and
(e) not be a member of the same family or household as anyone listed in section 5.1(d) above from time to time.

5.2. By submitting a Wish as an Entrant, you represent, warrant and agree that you are eligible to participate in accordance with the requirements of section 5.1 above.

5.3. In order to become a registered user, you will need to create a Big Ticket user account by following the relevant registration process here dearbigticket.ae or at www.bigticket.ae. Please note that the terms and conditions available at www.bigticket.ae will apply to your Big Ticket account more generally and these Terms should be read in conjunction with the Big Ticket terms and conditions where applicable.

5.4. It is free to take part in the Competition. Purchasing goods from Us (such as Big Ticket raffle tickets) does not result in any advantage to an Entrant.

6. Submitting a Wish

6.1. A Wish may only be submitted:

(a) using the relevant Wish submission form on the Site;
(b) during the Wish submission period running from 00:01 on 7 July 2025 to 23:59 on 27 July 2025 (the “Submission Period”);
(c) if it can be assigned to one of the five (5) categories listed in section 6.4 below;
(d) if it complies with the Wish criteria set out in section 6.1(d); and
(e) if you agree to, and comply with, these Terms.

6.2. Please note that any Wishes submitted outside of the Submission Period will not be considered.

6.3. Please describe your Wish clearly and concisely in the form of: (a) a written submission of up to 1000 characters; or (b) a video in MP4, MPEG, AVI format of a maximum duration of one (1) minute and maximum file size of 10MB. Any Wishes that do not comply with these technical requirements may not be considered.

6.4. When you submit a Wish, you must select one of the following categories from the drop-down list in the Wish submission form:

(a) Health and Wellbeing;
(b) Education;
(c) Housing and Accommodation;
(d) Business and Entrepreneurship; or
(e) Family and Union,

(each a “Wish Category” and, together, the “Wish Categories”).

6.5. Each Entrant may only submit one (1) Wish during the Submission Period. Any additional Wishes submitted by an Entrant will not be accepted.

7. Wish content and criteria

7.1. By submitting a Wish on the Site or sending Us any information, messages, content or material in connection with your Wish (“Wish Content”), you represent, warrant and agree that the Wish Content that you submit, whether submitted during the Submission Period or thereafter throughout your participation in the Competition, shall:

(a) be submitted honestly and in good faith;
(b) not be false, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive;
(c) not violate any applicable laws and regulations;
(d) not promote or encourage any illegal activity, including, without limitation, terrorism or inciting racial hatred;
(e) not contain information that is discriminatory or promotes or encourages discrimination or bigatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
(f) not contain information that is, or could reasonably be deemed to be, defamatory, libelous, threatening or harassing, obscene, objectionable, offensive, sexually explicit, pornographic, harmful, upsetting, embarrassing or alarming to others; and
(g) not contain any malicious software or other material that could harm the integrity of the Site.

7.2. Your Wish must also:

(a) not be excessive to the point where it cannot realistically be fulfilled within the financial limits of the Winning Prize Money (as defined in section 13 below); and
(b) be within the spirit of the Competition more generally.

7.3. You further represent, warrant and agree that: (a) you shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary third party licenses and permissions regarding any Wish Content that you submit, post or display in connection with your Wish; and (b) any Wish Content that you submit, post or display does not infringe or violate any of the copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, trade secrets or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party (“Third Party Rights”).

8. Wishes relating to third parties and minors

8.1. We acknowledge that Entrants may submit a Wish on behalf of, or that relates to, other persons or third parties.

8.2. Protecting the safety and privacy of children is very important to Us. If you submit a Wish on behalf of a minor or a child under the age of 18, you warrant and undertake that:

(a) you have obtained, and will maintain, the express consent and participation of that minor’s parent or legal guardian; and
(b) you will bring these Terms and Our Privacy Policy dearbigticket.ae/policy/ to the attention of that parent or legal guardian.

8.3. If you submit a Wish on behalf of, or that relates to, another person, you warrant and undertake that:

(a) you have obtained, and will maintain, that person’s consent to the submission of your Wish and the collection and use of that person’s personal data and information by Us in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy dearbigticket.ae/policy/;
(b) you have explained to that person that they may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity, public relations, marketing or promoting activities at Our request, including photography and filming (as referred to in section 9.1) and attendance at Our offices in the UAE;
(c) you have explained to that person that We may be required to use that person’s image and/or likeness for marketing purposes in connection with the Competition;
(d) at Our request, you will provide all necessary assistance and cooperation to help procure that that person signs any documents (including releases) with Us and does all other acts, as We deem necessary in Our sole discretion, in connection with the Competition and these Terms; and
(e) you will bring these Terms and Our Privacy Policy dearbigticket.ae/policy/ to that person’s attention.

8.4. If you submit a Wish on behalf of, or that relates to, another person, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Us, Our affiliates, directors, officers and employees, from any and all losses, damages, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, from any claim from a third party who is mentioned or referred to in your Wish.

9. Marketing and promotional material

9.1. By submitting a Wish and entering the Competition, you agree:

(a) that We may disclose and publish your personal information publicly, as We deem appropriate in Our sole discretion, including information such as name, nationality, photos, etc;
(b) to grant Us the right to use your image and/or likeness for all marketing purposes related to your participation in the Competition in perpetuity; and
(c) to participate in any reasonable publicity, public relations, marketing or promotional activities at Our request, including photography and filming at Our offices or other locations in the UAE in connection with the Competition and/or your Wish.

9.2. Your refusal to allow Us to publish such information and/or take part in such publicity may result in disqualification from the Competition or forfeiture of any prize.

10. Evaluating and verifying Wishes

10.1. All Wishes will be evaluated using a combination of automated software tools (including artificial intelligence) and Our panel of judges based on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) the creativity, feasibility and alignment of a Wish with the Competition and Our values.

10.2. We retain the right to disregard and disqualify any Wish if We determine, in Our sole and absolute discretion, that it does not comply with these Terms.

10.3. You acknowledge that Dear Big Ticket is a competition and We therefore give no promise or guarantee of any particular outcome when you submit a Wish.

10.4. As part of Our evaluation of a Wish, you may be contacted by Us using your registered contact details to:

(a) verify your age, identity and/or eligibility;
(b) further determine and substantiate the authenticity, credibility, suitability and feasibility of your Wish; and/or
(c) invite you to attend Our offices.

10.5. You agree to promptly provide all necessary cooperation, documentation, and information that We may reasonably request as part of this process, including attending Our offices. Such documentation could include (without limitation): (a) proof of identity in the form of a passport and/or Emirates ID; and (b) proof of residential address dated within three (3) months. Failure to provide such document(s) and information within seven (7) days from Our request in a form that is reasonably acceptable to Us may result in disqualification from the Competition.

11. Attendance at Our offices

11.1. You may be requested to attend Our offices (or another location) in the UAE in connection with the Competition.

11.2. If you are requested to attend Our offices (or another location) in the UAE, We will use reasonable efforts to agree a mutually convenient time and date with you. However, if you refuse, or if you are unable, to attend Our offices (or such other location) in the UAE within a reasonable period (as solely determined by Us), this may result in disqualification from the Competition or forfeiture of any prize.

11.3. W will cover reasonable taxi expenses within the UAE if you are invited to attend Our offices (or another location) in the UAE and you do not have your own transportation, subject to: (a) such expenses being pre-approved by Us in writing; and (b) Us receiving satisfactory evidence from you of such expenses.

12. Shortlisting Wishes

12.1. Up to a maximum of five (5) Wishes will be shortlisted each week during the Submission Period (“Shortlisted Wishes”), meaning that a total of fifteen (15) Shortlisted Wishes will be chosen by Us.

12.2. Following the end of the Submission Period, Voters will be able to view and cast their votes for their favourite Shortlisted Wishes for a period of three (3) weeks (the “Voting Period”), made up of three (3) separate voting cycles. This means that each week during the Voting Period, five (5) Shortlisted Wishes will be published on the Site for Voters to view and vote on.

13. Selection of Competition winners and Consolation prize winners

13.1. At the end of each week during the Voting Period, the two (2) Shortlisted Wishes with the highest number of public votes received from Voters during that voting cycle will be chosen as Dear Big Ticket winners (“Winning Entrants”). This means that at the end of the Voting Period, six (6) Winning Entrants will have been chosen in total.

13.2. Subject to these Terms, each Winning Entrant will be eligible to receive a cash prize of one hundred thousand dirhams (AED 100,000) (the “Winning Prize Money”).

13.3. At the end of each week during the Voting Period, the remaining three (3) Shortlisted Wishes that did not win the public vote during that voting cycle will be awarded consolation prizes (“Consolation Entrants”). This means that at the end of the Voting Period, there will be nine (9) Consolation Entrants in total.

13.4. Subject to these Terms, each Consolation Entrant will be eligible to receive a cash prize of ten thousand dirhams (AED 10,000) (the “Consolation Prize Money”).

13.5. Please note that We reserve the right, when reasonably required to do so, to replace the Winning Prize Money and/or Consolation Prize Money (together, “Prize Money”) with prizes that We consider to be broadly equivalent in value.

13.6. Non-winners will not be notified.

14. Payment of Prize Money

14.1. Details of all Winning Entrants and Consolation Entrants will be published on the Site, Our social media channels (including without limitation Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and other media outlets (including without limitation local newspapers, online media and television networks) following the end of each voting cycle. If you are a Winning Entrant or Consolation Entrant, We will also contact you, using your registered contact details, to inform you how to claim your Prize Money. Please note that you may be required to attend Our offices in person to claim your Prize Money.

14.2. We reserve the right to withhold the payment of any Prize Money:

(a) until We have received evidence of your age, identity and/or eligibility and such evidence as set out in section 14.4, in each case to Our reasonable satisfaction;
(b) if We reasonably believe that the information provided by you is incomplete or has been altered or tampered with;
(c) if We subsequently discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that you were not, or are no longer, eligible to participate in the Competition as an Entrant in accordance with these Terms;
(d) if We discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that you are in breach, or have breached, these Terms; or
(e) if We are required or directed to do so by applicable laws or a government agency or body.

14.3. In all cases, We are not liable to pay out any Prize Money if you do not meet the requirements set out in these Terms. We will not be liable to you if, in Our sole discretion, We determine that We are prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from paying you the Prize Money (including, without limitation, due to a sanctions designation).

14.4. Unless We agree otherwise, Prize Money will only be paid in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to a UAE bank account registered in the Entrant’s name. All Winning Entrants and Consolation Entrants are required to provide Us with such documents as We may require for payment processing via bank transfer. This could include (without limitation):

(a) a bank transfer authorization letter (provided by Us, which must be completed and returned to Us);
(b) a stamped bank issued letter confirming your identity; and
(c) bank account details.

14.5. Failure to provide the documentation and information required under section 14.4 within six (6) months from Our request in a form that is reasonably acceptable to Us may result in the irrevocable forfeiture of the Prize Money. For the avoidance of doubt, no Prize Money will be paid out by Us unless all Our requirements are fulfilled.

14.6. We may, at Our sole discretion, pay any Prize Money to an authorized representative if you are unable to claim a prize due to legal, physical, or other disability. In the event of the death of a Winning Entrant or Consolation Entrant, We may also, at Our sole discretion, pay any Prize Money to an authorized representative of the deceased’s estate.

14.7. If Prize Money is paid to anyone who does not meet the requirements of these Terms or is paid to someone erroneously, that person will be required to repay the Prize Money immediately upon Our request.

14.8. We will not be liable for any tax or administration charges incurred directly or indirectly as a result of the payment of any Prize Money. All charges will be borne by you.

14.9. If you are chosen as a Winning Entrant, you will act with honesty, integrity and in good faith to redeem your Winning Prize Money for the purpose(s) originally described in your Wish submission.

14.10. In all cases, Winning Entrants and Consolation Entrants agree not to redeem or otherwise use any Prize Money to fund or pursue illegitimate or unlawful activities or endeavours.

14.11. If you are a Winning Entrant or Consolation Entrant, you understand and accept that We may, if requested or required by a government agency or body, provide your personal information and the details of any Prize Money to be paid to you.

15. Our right to use Wish Content

15.1. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, you grant Us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, and sub-licensable licence to display, transmit, distribute, reproduce, publish, duplicate, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works, and otherwise use any or all of the Wish Content in any form, media, or technology now known or not currently known in any manner and for any purpose which may be beneficial to running current or future competitions and/or Our operations. You confirm and warrant to Us that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the licence in this section 15.1.

15.2. Each Entrant hereby further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Us, Our affiliates, directors, officers and employees, from any and all losses, damages, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, from your submission, posting or display of any Wish Content or from any claim that any Wish Content submitted by you infringes or violates any Third Party Rights.

TERMS APPLICABLE TO VOTERS

16. Registration and eligibility requirements to vote in the Competition

16.1. You may be able to access some areas of the Site without registering your details with Us. However, in order to vote in the Competition, you must:

(a) have a registered Big Ticket user account (see section 16.4 below);
(b) be aged 18 or over;
(c) not be a director, agent, officer or employee of the Operator or any of Our affiliates; and
(d) not be a member of the same family or household as anyone listed in section 16.1(c) above from time to time.

16.2. For the avoidance of doubt, votes may be submitted by Voters in any country, provided you are not prohibited or restricted from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence or the jurisdiction in which you are located.

16.3. By voting, you represent, warrant and agree that you are eligible to vote in accordance with the requirements of section 16.1 above.

16.4. In order to become a registered user, you will need to create a Big Ticket user account by following the relevant registration process here dearbigticket.ae/ or at www.bigticket.ae. Please note that the terms and conditions available at www.bigticket.ae will apply to your Big Ticket account more generally and these Terms should be read in conjunction with the Big Ticket terms and conditions where applicable.

16.5. It is free to vote in the Competition.

17. Number of votes

17.1. Voters may submit a maximum of three (3) votes during each weekly voting cycle during the Voting Period.

17.2. Voters must select a Wish in three (3) of the five (5) Wish Categories (as listed in section 6.4 above), meaning that a Voter cannot vote for more than one (1) Wish in a Wish Category during each voting cycle.

18. Chance to win an entry ticket for Big Ticket

18.1. During each voting cycle, each voter will have the option to enter a free draw to win one (1) entry ticket for Our monthly Big Ticket draw. If you wish to participate in this free draw, you can do so by opting-in at the time of submitting your votes each week. Winners will be chosen at random at the end of the Voting Period and notified using their registered contact details.

19. Voiding votes

19.1. We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Competition, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to:

(a) any votes received from a Voter who does not comply with section 16.1 above;
(b) multiple votes from the same Voter from different IP addresses;
(c) multiple votes from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Terms or the Competition rules; or
(d) the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering votes.

19.2. Any attempt by a Voter to deliberately damage the Site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, We fully reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law and report to authorities as appropriate.

TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS

20. Intellectual Property Rights

20.1. Apart from Wish Content uploaded by an Entrant and in relation to which We have been granted a licence (see section 15.1 above), We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in the Site and the material published on it or in connection with the Competition, including, among other things, all trade marks, logos, service marks and service names, whether they are registered or not. These works are protected by, among other things, copyright laws and treaties around the world. We reserve all such rights.

20.2. Our status (and that of any contributors identified on the Site) must be acknowledged. You must not in any way use any part of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from Us or the author to do so.

20.3. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Site content in any way except for your own personal and non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Site content except for your own personal, and non-commercial use.

21. Our liability

21.1. These Terms exclude or limit Our liability arising out of your use of, or relating to, the Site or the Competition to the extent that the law permits Us to do so. We do not exclude or limit Our liability for death or personal injury arising from Our negligence or wilful default, or for Our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws.

21.2. Although We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, We do not give or make any warranty or representation (whether express or implied) that any such information is accurate, timely, complete or available.  We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage as a result of your use of, or reliance on, the information on the Site, or for your inability to access or use of the Site for any period of time.

21.3. Although We endeavour to ensure that the Site is free from any viruses or other malicious or harmful content, We do not accept any liability for errors, delays, or damage to your computer or device as a result of using the Site. Likewise, although We take steps to protect any information (including Wish Content) that you submit to Us via the Site, We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to Us. In this regard, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have up to date antivirus software, or any other necessary equipment in order to use the Site safely and to avoid anything that may damage or harm your computer or device.

21.4. Additionally, We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage which may result directly or indirectly from:

(a) delays, losses, mistakes or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery services or by banking and/or payment systems;
(b) any action or event which prevents or hinders the submission of a valid Wish or vote (including, without limitation, the failure of the Site to display correctly on any device used to view it); or
(c) the refusal to allow you to participate in the Competition.

21.5. All users of the Site hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Us, Our affiliates, directors, officers and employees from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from:

(a) any legal challenge due to your involvement with the Competition; or
(b) your breach of these Terms.

22. Availability of the Site

22.1. We do not guarantee that the Site (or any part thereof) will always be available or uninterrupted. The Site is provided “as is”, “as available” and “with all faults”, and We hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties of condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

22.2. In addition to any other rights We have under these Terms, We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site from time to time, for example for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal of the Site.

23. Data protection

23.1. Privacy is important to Us and We have a separate policy about it you should read. For information about how We collect, use and share your personal data, please read Our Privacy Policy, which can be found here dearbigticket.ae/policy/.

23.2. By using the Site and/or participating in the Competition as an Entrant or a Voter, you agree that We may collect, use, store and process your personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

24. Term and termination

24.1. These Terms will apply to you as soon as you access the Site and will continue to have effect until they are terminated or if you are no longer interacting with Us in connection with the Site or the Competition.

24.2. In addition to Our other rights under these Terms, We may terminate or suspend your right to use the functions of Our Site or participate in the Competition at any time in Our sole discretion without liability for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with such suspension or termination, including if you violate or breach these Terms (or We have reasonable grounds to believe that you are in breach of any of these Terms) or if allowing you to access and use the Site or its related functions, or participate in the Competition, would violate any applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations, or would expose Us to any legal liability whatsoever.

24.3. If these Terms are terminated or you are no longer interacting with Us in connection with the Competition, these Terms may no longer apply. However, any provisions of the Terms that by their nature should continue to apply after termination of these Terms will do so. This includes, without limitation, all limitations on liability, choices of law and judicial forum and intellectual property protections and licenses.

25. Suspension or cancellation of the Competition

25.1. In addition to Our other rights under these Terms, for the avoidance of doubt, We reserve the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel the Competition at any time and without giving any prior notice including (but not limited to) where We are required to do so by applicable law or regulation or if We are directed or ordered to do so by a government agency or body.

26. No liability for other websites

26.1. At times, the Site may link to, or incorporate information from, other websites.

26.2. Any such links and/or information from other websites are solely for your convenience or information and may be subject to their own terms and conditions. We cannot and do not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of any information contained in any third party websites and/or third party information published on the Site, nor does the inclusion of these links and/or information represent an endorsement or a recommendation of such third-party websites and/or information by Us. We accept no liability for any third party content or for of any websites to which the Site links.

26.3. We also operate channels, pages and accounts on some social media, which may be accessed via links on the Site. We may monitor and record comments and posts made on these channels. We are not responsible for any information posted on those social media sites other than information We have posted ourselves. We do not endorse the social media sites themselves, or any information posted on them by third parties or other users.

27. Additional provisions

27.1. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Competition terms or rules on the Site or in any other applicable documentation, including the FAQs and any promotional materials, these Terms will take precedence.

27.2. You may not assign or otherwise transfer (in whole or in part) your rights and/or obligations under these Terms. Any assignment or transfer by you will be null and void.

27.3. We may transfer Our rights and obligations, in whole or in part, under these Terms to another organisation at Our sole discretion. We will tell you in writing (including email) if this happens and We will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these Terms.

27.4. The contract incorporating these Terms is between you and Us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of these Terms.

27.5. If, for any reason We fail to enforce any provision of these Terms, this will not constitute a waiver of Our right to later enforce that or any other provision. Any waiver, amendment or modification of these Terms must be in writing in order for it to be effective.

27.6. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary in order that the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

28. Governing law and jurisdiction

28.1. These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal laws of the UAE as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in the UAE.
